14-day refunds

If you are not happy with Claude Organizer Pro or Gemini Organizer Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us at hello@organizerlabs.com with the email address you used at checkout, or contact our merchant of record FastSpring directly using your order reference.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued by FastSpring to the original payment method.
• Processing normally takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• After a refund, your license key is no longer valid for use and must be discarded.
